SUMMER CAMP
This program is offered as a 4 day camp or 3 day weekend camp with a double session on Saturday. A station format is utilized for much of the instruction to maximize personal attention and ensure students are grouped by age on the ice.
- 100% Defensive Content
- 40min Classroom/Video Daily
- 2hrs on ice Defensive Instruction Daily
- Low Student/Instructor Ratio (6 to 1)

ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT CAMP
This program is open to players born in 2010 and before. Register early as this camp is limited to 24 defensemen and only offered at select locations each summer. Individual defensive skills are covered however the primary focus is on situational tactics and defensive strategy.

1 day workshops are avaialble at some locations during the season. These programs focus on a specific defensive skill and usually include a 30min classroom session followed by 1.5hrs of on ice instruction.
